Frequently Asked Questions

Select a topic category or scroll down to the page to find your question.

The application form does not look right on my screen (overlapping drop down boxes, long rows over the input fields, etc.) What is going on?
First, you should let the ENTIRE form load BEFORE you scroll. It is a big form.

In short, your computer does not have enough memory (RAM) available to render the form correctly. Here is the solution that will work in most cases:

1. Clear the cache (temporary files) in Internet Explorer (Usually Tools>Internet Options>Remove Temporary files
2. Shut down Internet Explorer
3. Restart the computer
4. Open JUST MS Internet Explorer.
5. Go to Web site, fill out form.

In most cases, this will solve the problem....
We have one player who played with us in the spring but is not on our roster this fall but is on our roster for the spring again. We would like him to play in the tournament. We do not have his new pass card nor is he listed on our fall roster. What do we do? Do we pull out his old pass card? Is he considered a guest player, if so what do you need?
You will have to contact the MSYSA state office and apply for a Temporary pass card for tournament play. You will need a picture, birth certificate, and a guest player form. They will issue a pass card for your guest.
Will I need to have our (Coach & Team manager) risk management cards at registration ?
Yes, all registering teams will be required to present risk management cards for coaches, assistant coaches and team managers at check in.
